By joining us, youā€™ll dive into hands on floristry experience, harvesting fresh flowers from our farm, designing beautiful garden bouquets and centrepieces with the opportunity to experience creating a large-scale floral installation from the ground up before designing and styling your very own magical dinner party!

You'll receive Katie's "All About the Business" handbook, a comprehensive guide packed with invaluable resources and insights to help you launch and run a profitable business with confidence. From business guides to practical templates, this handbook has everything you need to take your skills to the next level.

Katie will share the tools and resources you need to overcome challenges and build a strong brand. Social media and marketing will also be at the forefront of our conversations where you will learn how to take photos and videos of your work and maximise your social platforms.

A growth mindset and goal setting session will also be included in your experience where Katie will share her personal journey of building not just one, but two businesses - The Queens Quarters floral design studio and Little Lyndoch Flower Farm. We dive straight into all things Business. How to build self belief and a positive mindset, marketing your brand, social media and so much more!

Day 2 ~ Dinner by the Dahlias

A creative day full of flowers and design. Learn about flower farming, how to design garden inspired centrepieces and bring a large scale floral installation to life!

Day 3 ~ Pricing & Bouquets

A day spent harvesting blooms and bouquet making before we chat about pricing your products and how to build a profitable business!

  • Each attendee will receive a copy of Katies Bloom Handbook. A guide to growing a profitable business which also includes a bonus creative component.

  • The Queens Quarters studio tour.

  • Explore our flower fields and experience harvesting cut flowers from our farm.

  • Katie will discuss the elements used in floral design and techniques used to create an unstructured garden centerpiece, a bridal bouquet and a market bunch

  • Attendees will have the opportunity to have hands-on experience designing their own centrepiece, bridal bouquet, and a market bunch.

  • Katie will discuss the elements and principles of floral design.

  • All meals, refreshments and beverages for the entire retreat included - 3 x breakfasts, 3 x lunches, 2 x dinners and snacks throughout the day.

  • Learn to design and style a dinner party setting.

  • Learn the mechanics and techniques behind designing and creating a large scale installation.

  • Learn to build and market a strong brand using social media

  • Attendees will also have the opportunity to practice styling and photographing their work using props from The Queens Quarters studio

  • An abundant selection of foliageā€™s will be available for attendees to use

  • An abundant variety of in season blooms and botanicals will be available throughout the entire retreat along with dahlias and other fresh flowers from Little Lyndoch Flower Farm

Shared room accommodation in a private cottage or loft - $450pp for a 2-night stay

OR

Private house accommodation for a two-night stay - $950pp.

*Please note: We only have two tickets available for private house accommodation.
Attendees also have the choice of booking their own accommodation.

Our retreat is a boutique and intimate experience and to keep it at a size where I can connect with you one on one, we are only able to host and accommodate 14 attendees.

We truly appreciate that investing in yourself and your personal growth is a big decision, and we understand the sacrifices you may need to make to join us. We want you to know that we are committed to delivering an experience like no other! We have poured our hearts and souls into creating an immersive, transformative, and all-inclusive retreat that will take your business to the next level.

We are able to offer you two options to secure your place at our retreat, with a flexible payment plan available. We believe that this investment in yourself and your future will pay off in spades, as you return home with new skills, new connections, and a renewed sense of purpose and direction.

Option one: Full Payment - Secure your place with full payment via bank transfer.

Option two: Payment Plan - Secure your place with a $1500 deposit and our team will get in touch to organise 3 x installment payments throughout the year. Each additional payment will incur a $50 administration fee.

We kindly ask that you carefully consider your schedule and commitments before purchasing your ticket, as all payments made are non-refundable.
